Xomo is looking for a talented quality assurance lead to oversee the QA process for our clients delivering native apps for all popular mobile platforms, including iPhone/iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone, as well as mobile web apps and website tools.

Responsibilities of this position include: – Improving the quality of product releases and client deliverables – Designing test plans based on established use cases and requirements – Executing test plans across multiple mobile operating systems and the web – Assigning tasks and coordinating junior testing resources – Managing hardware and software used for testing – Create, build and manage test automation – Development and execution of regression tests – Development and execution of unit tests – Development and execution of smoke tests and an efficient build environment

The ideal candidate MUST have the following: – At least 5 years experience in QA / software testing – University education in relevant field – Excellent communication and organization skills – Excellent knowledge of at least Objective-C, C#, C++ and/or Java.

Experience with mobile apps, scripting languages and Agile method would be a nice plus.

General Summary :

• Minimum of ten years experience in a Medical Device industry
• Analytical approach to problem solving. Experience and aptitude in Design of Experiments. Ability to find root cause and correct problems effectively
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Hands-on laboratory or experimental experience
• Working knowledge of statistical techniques
• Validation planning experience
• Excellent judgment on tolerance issues
