Duties include:
o Maintaining high end residential strata properties
o Organization of daily tasks
o Time management and planning
o Crew supervision and related management of 2 – 10 people
o Providing training, instruction and feedback to staff
o Equipment operation (mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers etc)
o Providing high level customer service
o Timely and accurate completion of paper work
o Upgrading of horticultural knowledge through outside education

Successful applicants would possess the following:
o Established leadership qualities
o Plant identification skills
o Sound horticultural pruning skills
o IPM knowledge
o Basic irrigation knowledge
o Valid class 5 license
o Landscape maintenance skills (proper pruning techniques/turf and bed maint.)
o Educational accreditation is an asset (e.g. CLT, Hort. Dipl.)

The successful applicant(s) would receive:
o Full time year round employment (8:00am – 4:45pm Monday to Friday)

with knowledge of domestic & import vehicles and the ability to diagnose & repair.
Ability to inspect vehicles, perform related repairs and replace specified parts according to instruction, as well as performing vehicle maintenance.

I am looking for someone who can perform along side someone as well as on their own. I need someone who can communicate what they feel the problem may be and the steps/procedures to repair or resolve the problem.
looking for a Senior mechanic with atleast 6-8 years of experience. If you have a license it would be a plus point, We are looking for the experience rather than the license.
