Duties:
Lead and train staff in technical sales
Train and manage repair and assembly staff
Oversee the operations of the store
Select and procure merchandise
Implement marketing strategies

Requirements:
University Degree;
Specific training and experience working with the following brands: – Giant (composite frame prep and full suspension technologies), – Shimano (including internal hub gearing and wheel assembly knowledge), – Mavic, – Sram, – Rockshox, – Fox (setup and diagnostics)
The brands listed have proprietary technologies on which you are a trained expert able to properly advise customers and train store sales staff
Must be able to train staff to match customer needs to a particular genre and brand of bicycle. Included within this is specific knowledge and experience of the full line-up of Giant bicycles
Minimum three years experience of technical sales of high end components and accessories, including suspension forks, pedal/shoe systems, wheels and tires
Minimum three years EPOS experience, in-store marketing, brand and supplier liaison, purchasing and inventory management

Fulltime 40 hours per week. Wage is $20.00 per hour.
