Rent it Furnished Realty is a Yaletown-based real estate brokerage specializing in luxury properties in the Greater Vancouver Area. We consist of our well-established “Rent it Furnished” division, which represents a great selection of furnished apartment rentals in the Vancouver area, and “Rent it Unfurnished,” which focuses on unfurnished rentals of the same caliber and prestige. We are currently seeking two full-time Licensed Property Managers for our growing Yaletown office. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for bringing on new clients to expand the company portfolio, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and working to connect these clients with suitable tenants. Please note, this position DOES NOT require day-to-day property management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Coordinating appointments for property viewings
-Working with property owners and prospective tenants to secure long and short term rentals
-Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Pursuing daily leads on prospective tenants and potential new clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Property Management License
-Some outside sales experience
-Access to a vehicle (for appointments)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A desire to achieve revenue goals and meet sales targets

If you are passionate about real estate, have highly developed interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team environment and can easily manage a fast-paced schedule that takes you in and out of the office, you may be an ideal candidate for this position.

COMPENSATION: Base salary plus commission, monthly bonuses, and team incentives.
