DRIVER GUIDES – 2 FULLTIME and 2 CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE
As a Driver Guide, your main responsibility is to provide a safe, enjoyable, entertaining and educational experience for the passengers/customers of The Vancouver Trolley Company.
You will typically drive 34- passenger San-Francisco style replica sightseeing tour trolleys to transport passengers locally on the Vancouver City Attractions Hop-On Hop-Off tour along established routes and provide commentary during the tour.
You may have the opportunity to drive for private charters, shuttles, or seasonal tours based on operation requirements. While operating our vehicles for tours or charters, the focus is on safety and customer service.
Qualifications:
• Clean and safe driving record – abstract required
• BC Class 2 Driver Licence with air brake endorsement (mandatory)
• Excellent English skills with the ability to deliver clear, informative, entertaining, factual and non-offensive commentary
• Previous tour commentary experience
