``September Aviation`` Where the Excitement never Ends, and the Sky’s the Limit!
“September Aviation” is about a young woman who learns to fly and loves it so much when her Flight Instructor decides to move on to the Airlines and give up on Flight Training she decides to take over his business and make it hers. It follows her Flight Training from her First Flight, Solo and finally to Certified Flight Instructor. Along with the aviation aspect of the show, there are the never ending assaults of the competition that wants her to fail so they can take over her student pilots. She’s not very business savvy, and money is always a struggle to get the bills paid, the day to day operation of a small business at an Airport with a wide variety of Pilots. Often outrageous and unpredictable antics that make up the dealing with mile high attitudes and more macho and testosterone then she can sometimes handle.
My script is fun, exciting, with a little romance included as well as dealing with occasional aircraft emergencies of all sorts. The main character is a semi-autobiography of myself. I have been involved with aviation for over 20 years and had owned and operated a Flight Training School for six years. In those years I accumulated a tremendous amount of experience as a pilot and have also compiled a huge resource of material to write episodes from. The Flight Training aspect of the show is primarily about ordinary people that have a love of aviation, mixed in with the unexpected surprises that have to be handled everyday at the airport. This story could be based in Canada, but written about the USA airports, or totally fictional destinations could be used.
The script is completed and is now ready for the pre-production stages. I am looking for a producer and/or production team who can help fund, raise funds, market and who is interested in making a great TV series and taking it as far as possible.
