POSITION DESCRIPTION
Providing internal customer support for strong PC and Mac environment, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, taking ownership of problems and issues through the helpdesk ticket life cycle. The Support Analysts investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems, installs and configures workstations and provide end users support for all LAN- based applications.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical college or related university education and MCSE certification
Minimum 2 years technical experience in systems management and administration.
Advanced knowledge of Windows XP operating systems
Linux and Citrix experience would be an asset
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to quickly adapt to change and new technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Will be required to carry a rotational pager to provide 24/7 support.
