Scope of work/responsibilities:

We are seeking consultants to assist our client with their Vista/Office 2007 upgrade project. Candidates must have worked on at least 1 Vista upgrade project for a large corporate environment. We are seeking candidates for the following capacity: Project Management (ITIL process), Business Analysis, Change/Release Management, QA/Testing, Team leading, and Deployment. Depending on the role at hand and candidate’s skills & experience, the responsibilities may include aspects of: 1) image design & management, application & h/w testing and remediation, application packaging, procurement of h/w & s/w, training, inventory reconciliation, deployment, end user & support staff training, release/change management / communications management, ITIL certification, WP/Macro/Templates consolidation, overall project scoping & management, etc.
