Successful retail furniture store located in Coquitlam, BC. is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for all of our post-delivery customer service calls.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
• Answering all phone calls from customers regarding their new furniture.
• Coordinating warehouse repairs of warranty furniture.
• Coordinating in home service calls for repair of damaged furniture.
• Entering and completion of all service orders.
• Communication with sales representatives regarding damaged, defective and returned products.
• Coordinating delivery of furniture for pick up and exchanges.
• Communicating with the Warehouse Manager about on-going service problems.
• Tracking repair costs monthly.
• Tracking supplier reimbursements for product.
Job Skills & Abilities
The Customer Service Representative should have the following skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, various
suppliers, and all levels of management.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate several tasks at any given time.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and issue resolution when dealing with customer's
questions and concerns.
Experience
The successful candidate will have spent 1 -- 2 years minimum in a similar role, preferably dealing with furniture.
