District Visual Presentation Coordinator -- BC area
Reporting to the Manager, Visual Presentation or the District Sales Manager, the District Visual Presentation Coordinator ensures that each store's potential is optimized while respecting the image and the brand. The District Visual Presentation Coordinator ensures that Company's visual standards are implemented by providing coaching and support to store management.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensures overall merchandise flow and visual presentation respects company image and standards;
• Partner with management team to establish action plan on implementation of new product lines and merchandising strategies;
• Partner with management team to identify merchandising needs and opportunities;
• Ensure that merchandising and tasks are executed effectively and that deadlines are respected (campaign, promotion set up, etc);
• Provide feedback to the Manager, Visual Presentation or the District Sales Manager and ask for support when needed;
• Coach and support management team on visual standards and follows up;
• Identify areas of improvement in each store, partner with management team in order to establish an action plan and follows up;
• Ensure that store management enforces and trains employees on visual standards to be maintained;
• Provides management team and Manager, Visual Presentation or the District Sales Manager with on-going feedback pertaining to visual presentation standards;
• Informs management team and/or visual supervisor of changes, concerns, issues or any other visual presentation matter;
• Remains trend alert through magazine, visiting other retailer, etc and provides feedback to Manager, Visual Presentation or District Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• Experience related to the position: 4 to 5 years in retail fashion industry in a similar role
• Job Status: full-time, permanent
