Experienced Resident Manager Couple needed immediately for a 105 unit apartment building in a great location in Vancouver, BC!
Our client needs a Handyman Extraordinaire with experience running a residential building. You can handle maintenance and minor repairs for suites and building of a 105 unit building, along with your Administrative Extraordinaire partner, who can handle renting the suites, marketing them, rent collections and the follow up paperwork etc.
The salary being offered is $3,900/month plus a great rental reduction of $400/month for a 1 bedroom suite or $500/month for a 2 bedroom suite along with a benefits package.
