We are an expanding Debt Settlement/Negotiating firm and we are seeking a pro-active Business Development professional to complement our team. This individual will be charged with developing business for the company within Canada. The applicant must be experienced in working in the Mortgage Broker Industry, and have a solid understanding of finance and the real estate community.Our business is service orientated, the applicant must develop relations with potential clients to secure the use of our program within their mortgage business.

Job responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with potential clients;
• Develop and expand targeted client lists;
• Responding to all information requests from clients;
• Maintaining a functional database of external contacts for efficient Business Development work.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Be experienced, confident and comfortable on the phone;
- Be goal and target oriented;
- Have excellent organizational skills;
- B2B Telesales experience is an asset.
