Valet Attendant - Auto West BMW (Richmond)

Valet Attendant (Full-time), Auto West BMW
We are looking for an enthusiastic valet attendant to join our Auto West BMW service team. Reporting to our service manager, the valet attendant will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our customers and working with our service team to continue delivering the personalized service that exemplifies the Auto West Group.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting all incoming customer and directing them to the service area or their desired destination.
Checking customers in for service appointments as required.
Assisting customers with alternative transportation, including completing required paperwork.
Ensuring that the service drive-thru area and service customer parking areas are organized.
Arranging and performing customer valet and shuttle services.
Assisting with preparation of the BMW courtesy car fleet including ensuring vehicles are clean and gassed up.
Filing all required alternative transportation paperwork as per Company guidelines.
Completing daily updates in the rental car and courtesy car logs.
Arranging vehicles, mobility fleet and customer vehicles, in time for customer appointments.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the drive-thru and surrounding areas.
Assisting with on-demand appointment vehicle walk-arounds.
Assisting customers with inquiries such as checking tire pressures and performing basic fluid top ops.
Performing weekly swap over of courtesy vehicles.
Reporting damage vehicles to service manager.
Checking with service advisors to assist with customer inquiries or customer experience.
Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years previous general customer service experience required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging, polished, and professional attitude.
Other Requirements:
Valid BC Driver's License (Class 5 preferred).
Clean driving record (Candidates will be asked to produce a Driver's Abstract for review).
