Our client, a local company in the exploration industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with an entrepreneurial personality.
The right candidate will have full-cycle accounts payable experience and have an interest in assisting the CEO with travel bookings and trade shows. The position is a long term contract with full time hours.
Necessary Experience:
- 2-3 years Full Cycle Accounts Payable.
- Simply Accounting or Quick-books.
- Entrepreneurial Personality.
- Experience working in mineral exploration is an asset.
Also required:
- Booking travel and trade shows for the CEO
- Helping with reception duties
- General office assistance
Education required:
- The successful completion of an accounting diploma and an interest in pursuing a designation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
