This uniquely skilled individual will perform two interrelated roles: Working closely with the marketing team to write content for the SpaceList blog and twitter feed and acting on feedback from community members. He or she will also work with the development team to refine the database.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing member feedback and ensuring technical glitches are logged for the tech team
Writing Help & FAQ based on member feedback
Creating Tutorials for site members
Writing and posting blog content in a timely manner
Tweeting
Answering calls
Answering support emails
Uploading social media content, i.e., YouTube videos, SlideShare demos, Jing tutorials
Assisting clients with their listings

Qualifications:
Some post secondary education (marketing or real estate)
Experience in real estate (preferably commercial)
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional writing skills (English)
