A Hennessey Salon + Spa Professional Team Stylist is responsible for performing superior hair services to our clients and exceeding their expectations of quality for all technical services. A Stylist educates clients in home care by prescribing retail products. As a self-motivated member of a high performing team, a Stylist delivers an outstanding level of customer service using all sources available in the salon while displaying a professional and fashionable personal image at all times.
The ideal candidate is customer focused, displays diplomacy and tact, is a team player, exudes great interpersonal skills, and possesses good self-management & organizational abilities.
Expectations include business building, rebooking clients and ensuring salon image and standards are met.

Qualifications:
- highly motivated and a self-starter
- pleasant attitude, adaptable, patient, flexible and open minded
- proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- completion of the cosmetology training either at a school or through apprenticeship. Previous salon experience and asset.
