Must be driven by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining existing relationships with key accounts.

Our client, who has 20+ years in the apparel industry providing technical outerwear and youthful sport fashions to retailers across Canada and Europe, is seeking someone who can work in an inside sales role working in conjunction with the sales team to expand market share, grow business, and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Description & Duties

*Provide customer service that exceeds expectations to 200 + accounts *Excellent Organizational, Administrative and Communication skills *Support Outside Sales Rep(s) in prospecting/qualifying new accounts to achieve territory sales goals *Develop and enhance relationships with existing accounts through exceptional customer service *Assist sales team in developing & executing new initiatives *Provide sales related administration and reporting results *Coordinate & attend industry trade shows alongside Outside Sales team *Be a brand ambassador

Required Qualifications

*Must have a fun, youthful attitude and a drive to succeed *Passionate about working in the apparel industry *High level of integrity and a great team player *Flexibility in schedule & hours *Relevant post secondary education an asset *A valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Western Canada – 20%+ *Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
