Unipots Studio is a contemporary paint your own pottery studio (PYOP) for ages. We are expanding our business to Vancouver. We need talented and committed personal to help us to serve our gifted artists.

Instructors

The job:
- Instruct clients with different techniques in pottery painting
- Host painting parties / story reading
- Maintaining studio standards, organizing and cleaning
- Carry out stock counts
- Order art supplies
- Handling & process sales and inquiries by phone, email, in person and via online store
- Cleaning and restocking dishes during parties, workshop and class transitions


Requirement:
- Post secondary or above visual arts education
- experience instructing groups of 10 or more children - summer camp leader experience or teaching experience an asset
- experience working with students ages 2 to 12
- be available for classes during the day, classes after school and weekend parties and classes
- be flexible with hours and days
- high energy, enthusiastic, very personable with a healthy sense of humor
- strong communication skills, both written and oral
- excellent organizational skills and customer service skills
- Availability on weekends and evenings is mandatory

Criminal record check needed.



Store Associates
The job:
- Provide assistance for customer in pottery painting.
- Handling & process sales and inquiries by phone, email, in person and via online store.
- Maintaining studio standards, organizing and cleaning
- Carry out stock counts
- Cleaning and restocking dishes during parties, workshop and class transitions

- Post secondary and an art lover
- experience working with students ages 2 to 12
