Accounts Receivable Clerk
Our client, is located in Richmond and are looking for a new member for their A/R team. You must be quick with problem solving, negotiating and always maintaining a calm attitude while dealing with your customers.
Qualifications for this position are:
- Must have High School Diploma
- 2-3 years collections experience
- Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in A/R posting
- Professional phone skills
Responsibilities for this position are:
- Initiating and contributing to problem solving actions
- Documenting and verifying problems and customer complaints
- Collections over ingoing and outgoing calls
- Preparing past due reports for other branches
- Working to achieve monthly credit objectives
- Processing duties, projects and data entry
- Keeping management closely informed on customer accounts
The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am -- 4:30pm, and are offering a competitive salary of $35,000 to $40,000 depending on experience. They are offering an excellent benefits package after 3 months.
