Specimen Trees Wholesale Nurseries Ltd. a large, family owned, busy, progressive nursery in Pitt Meadows is looking for a Project Assistant. Applicant must be highly organized with a positive attitude to assist in all aspects of Project Management and provide support for Dispatch. Nursery/Landscape or General Contracting experience would be a bonus, but not a requirement. Applicant must have a pleasant, courteous telephone manner and enjoy dealing with customers and vendors in a sales/purchasing environment. This person must have computer experience and be proficient in Excel and Word. We are looking for a positive type person who thrives in a busy work environment, enjoys a variety of tasks and loves working as part of a team.
Wage will be determined by skills and work experience. Benefits are available after 3 month review period.
Hours are 40 to 45 hours a week depending on the time of year. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
