Lease Administrator/Document Processor required asap. Position is responsible for the creation and administration of lease documents in a fast-paced, time sensitive, team environment.
Responsibilities include:
-accurate completion of document pkgs in accordance with credit approval and within established turnaround times
-coordinating timing and documentation with sales, vendor and funder
-assembling outgoing document and funding pkgs.
-prepare welcome letters
-audit contracts for compliance
-A/P & A/R requisitions
-coordinate funding and resolve deficiencies
-maintain monthly business logs
-database input and maintenance
-other related administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must enjoy document processing/data entry & adminsitrative tasks. Above average communication and organizational skills. Post-secondary education preferred. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Previous Lease Administrator experience preferred (min. 2 yrs.). Experience in equipment leasing an asset.
*This position will ideally appeal to those individuals who are happiest working with document processing and are not seeking constant interaction with customers.
