1st year target earnings = $80,000-$100,000

The Sales Executive is responsible for the management of our client’s existing customer base, with a focus on generating new business, while ensuring the integrity and adherence to our client’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

*Actively implement and follow the sales process to attract and retain new & existing clients. *Manage costs and delivery of projects as required. *Evaluate Sales procedures/practices and report on their effectiveness. *Contribute to internal staff professional development. *Manage Sales service delivery and associated processes. *Coordinate with Director, Business Development to ensure goals are being met. *Contribute to actively marketing and increasing company profile. *Maintain and continually evaluate effectiveness of sales process. *Review, update and maintain Client Contracts in conjunction with Technical Services Manager *Consult with clients as to the best use of IT within their organization. *Maintain strategic and key business relationships. *Research and recommend products and services to clients as appropriate to their specific needs with assistance from technical staff. *Source and manage external companies when their internal IT skills are insufficient and vice versa. *Purchase hardware/software for clients and coordinate with the Technical Services Manager to ensure successful implementation. *Evaluate business software and provide recommendation for software implementation.

Skills/Qualifications/Knowledge required

*Minimum of 5 years technical sales experience. *Recent experience in the IT outsourcing industry preferred. *Project management experience would be advantageous. *Knowledge of PC hardware and software. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *A proactive approach to problem resolution. *An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
