Motivated FT & PT Team Members Wanted (Triple Flip Park Royal, West Vancouver)

Triple Flip is Canada's leader in designing and creating activewear and lifestyle clothing for tween girls. But more than a retail store, we're a company devoted to delivering happiness to our customers with every interaction we have with them.

You don't need a lot of retail experience to work with us, but there are a few things do you need to have:
• Passion and enthusiasm, creativity and excellence
• A happy, highly motivated, outgoing and authentic personality
• A real interest in having conversations with people and creating a memorable shopping experience
• Attention to detail: you know that the little things really DO count
• A desire to do every task to your utmost best: from receiving and merchandising stock, to interacting on the sales floor with your co-workers and customers, and making the store look great at the end of the day
• An openness to giving and receiving feedback without ego
As a Part Time Team Member, here's a bit of what you'll be doing every day:
• Providing outstanding customer experiences every day
• Showing a clear understanding of the Triple Flip clothing line, including the fit, features and function of our clothing, and what really makes Flipwear unique for the modern girl
• Creating and maintaining a beautiful, exciting and FUN environment for our customers to shop and play
• Receiving and merchandising a steady flow of new products
• Sharing important customer feedback with the company, so we can always work at making our Flipwear the best that it can be
• Meeting personal and team sales goals
• Working with the Manager and Assistant Manager to lead, and be a part of, a dedicated team.
• Building customer relationships and brand awareness in the community, and communicate with the Sales Support Team at the Triple Flip Head Office and Distribution Centre to impact success.
