We are looking for a hardworking Resident Caretaker Couple comfortable with custodial, janitorial and maintenance work associated with the up-keep of an apartment tower.

The candidates must be mature, approachable and able to communicate in English. They must be well-organized and able to work independently without supervision. Good references & clean criminal record are important.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance of the building
- Daily cleaning of all common areas
- Garbage & recycling maintenance
- Daily fire, safety & security checks, monthly alarm testing
- Power washing of complex exterior
- Handyman skills
- Clean, paint & repair suites as needed
- Distribution of notices

A suite will be provided for this full-time, five day a week plus on-call rotation, live-in position. Medical and dental benefits are made available after 6 months of employment.
No dogs allowed.
