Job description:
Provide academic tutoring
Take an active, participating interest in the youth's school life, life-skill program and all other programs and interests
Provide youth with the optimum level of care possible
Demonstrate care for the youth and sensitivity to his/her needs , promote the overall development of the youth to meet his/her personal needs (physical, emotional, spiritual, social and educational) at all times
Encourage and assist the youth's involvement in the community
Promote the development, growth, self-worth and sense of belonging of the youth to know where they are at all times
Ensure their safety
