Responsibilities:
• Guest Services: provide exceptional guest service and memorable experiences while optimizing guest retention.
• Confer with clients about their medical history and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine which form of therapeutic massage would be most beneficial.
• Assess clients' soft tissue conditions, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Perform treatments within a spa setting and culture.
• Gain product knowledge as it relates to your services.
• Must be a team player assisting in daily housekeeping when required.
Experience Required:
• Must be a Registered Massage Therapist in BC with registration number.
• Exceptional body technical ability as it relates to your profession.
• Dedicated to restoring and maintaining optimal healthcare
• Consistent high personal standards and confidence in you abilities.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with our staff and guests.
