ZAG is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our current team compliment in our Vancouver office. The successful applicant will be responsible for all marketing and communication-related efforts including contributing to generating revenue via new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
• Create and execute annual marketing plans to deliver sales/marketing objectives ensuring alignment with the annual corporate goals.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, all revenue verticals, analyzing business development and monitoring market trends
• Manage all aspects of online business including owning revenue streams, online strategy, brand management, social media and communications.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of new product and market development, such as budgets, expenditures and research and development appropriations
• Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services
• Develop marketing and communications plan to generate new leads, increase brand awareness and launch new products
• Track all wins and losses and feed relevant results and content through the organization
• Manage, coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade show, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services
• Manage internal/external resources in the design and execution of copy/creative strategy
Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing/Communications industry and a background in managing teams
• Possess strategic, analytical, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and performance driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to work under pressure
• Deadline driven and accurate
• Able to adapt easily to changing market dynamics
Compensation
60,000 per year plus uncapped commissions
