The company's focus is the residential real estate market consisting of single family dwellings and multifamily complexes. Due to our increased growth we are looking to add a talented Marketing & Sales Manager to our team. The right individual must be assertive, proactive, a team player with the ability to keep on top of all issues in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are critical.
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- managing sales centre and listing houses
- establishing and building a client base
- developing project specific sales and marketing proposals as well as driving sales pitches for our real estate projects
- organizing advertising and marketing plans and strategies
- developing as well as implementing marketing concepts for specific markets
- developing marketing documents and creating ideas for different types of advertising
- Proven leader with ability to effectively motivate and mentor a productive team
- Outstanding communication, management and interpersonal skills
