Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Generalist for a well-established client of ours in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
-Developing action plans to drive associate engagement.
-Oversee recruitment activity such as hiring and promotion of associates and middle management.
-Facilitate training and development programs.
-Work with management team on matters related to personnel management.
-Ensure proper execution of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-CHRP designation (preferred) or related education.
-2-3 Years of managerial experience with a HR focus or direct HR management experience.
-Retail management experience preferred.
-Knowledge of basic employment and labor law.
-Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation ability.
