The Personnel Department is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for a 2 month long contract with one of our great clients in the healthcare industry.
If you are looking to put your HR skills to use and build your portfolio, then this just may be the role for you.
Responsibilities for this position will include but will not be limited to:
• Full cycle recruitment
• HR Administration
• Benefits administration
• Handling employee records and HRIS
• Liaising with unionized employees and answering their questions
The successful candidate will have:
• 3 years generalist HR experience
• Ability to manage a high volume workload
• CHRP designation is an asset
• Previous experience working in a unionized environment
• Familiarity working with Collective Agreements
• Previous experience with People Soft is an asset
