Wanted: Reliable,hard working,foreman & part time lawn care/landscaper (Maple Ridge and area)

We are a small family owned and operated landscaping company and are expanding into the landscape material supply aswell, so we are looking for a few good people to help us move forward in the community.
We are looking for a very reliable landscaping foreman to run our crew. Must be very knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape maintenance and construction. Pay will start at $20/hr with room for increases for the right person.
We are also looking to hire reliable, skilled, lawn maintenance/landscape labourers on a part time "as needed" basis - with the possiblity of full time seasonal work. Pay will be $15/hr to start with room for increases for the right person.
Applicants must have their own vehicle to get to and from the various job sites. We have company vehicles we use for most jobs, and you must be comfortable pulling trailers. We have work waiting to be done, so applicants must be ready to start work right away (or as soon as possible). It may be full-time right away, as it is still busy season.
A Class 5 air brake classification on your drivers license is an asset, but not a requirement .
We offer a variety of residential and small business lawn care services including lawn cutting, fertilizing, moss control, aerating, power raking. We specialize in turf/sod installation so experience in these areas is an asset. Experience using bigger machines such as bobcats and excavators is an asset also.
We also offer snow and ice management services in the winter months, so year round seasonal work is available.
