Customer Service Assistant
The Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service this position supports team goals of meeting monthly targets and providing excellence in customer service.
The Path:
• Responsible for accurately updating all documentation associated with work order packages on a daily basis.
• Responsible for producing accurate and timely repair letters.
• Identify & follow up on deficiencies in paperwork by as per department procedure.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Account Manager/CSD Manager as per department procedure.
• Support CSD team in all duties: inbound calls, repairs, authorizations, invoicing & other duties as identified by team leader.
• Reception back up as needed
• Other administrative functions as identified by Manager.
The Person:
Skills and Knowledge
• Superior organizational skills
• Experience in a service-based industry
• Excellent customer service ability
