CBV Collection Services Ltd. is a leading provider of collection services for over 80 years with clients in the financial, telecommunications, and government sectors. We are looking for highly motivated and career-focused individuals who believe in providing the best service and results for our clients.

We require individuals wishing to become Collection Agents to begin training as soon as possible!

Minimum requirements:

• Must be able to work shift work. There are some evening and Saturday shifts.
• Must have a strong command of the English language.
• Must have strong customer service, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be reliable and professional (in attendance and punctuality, conduct, and dress code).

• Must be bondable (background checks are required).
