Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an organized and customer-oriented office professional with outstanding communication, project management, multi-tasking, and computer abilities. This individual has a proven track record in managing and scheduling a large volume of client files, experience with product purchasing and vendor relationships, as well as coordinating product installers.
He or she is a team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of delivering high levels of customer service. He or she is committed to the development and growth of our company and is motived to achieve a high level of personal performance.
Responsibilities:
Initial contact with potential customers
Enter and update all customer leads on company’s management system
Handle of all customer inquiries professionally and expeditiously
Communicate and support Sales Representatives for project quoting
Coordinate and monitor the flow of incoming project work
Liaise with suppliers, manufactures, clients, and internal staff
Coordinate with external contractors for project commencement and prioritization
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers / resources
Monitor jobs in progress to ensure timely execution
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years within the customer service;
The ideal candidate must demonstrate they have a thorough understanding and skill set on how to manage, schedule and coordinate various resources in an efficient and effective manner
A good multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and as well as an interest in operations
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities
High aptitude for technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Sound communication skills with an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
