ACE Learning Centre is looking for a team leader for our Sales/Support and Marketing team to join our Institute . The ideal candidate is an individual who has some knowledge of Electrical Trade and can create business relationships with Construction Companies , Builders and Electrical Contracting Companies via phone , e-mail or in-person as well as build relationships with other educational institutes in order to attract students in Electrical Trade to the ACE Learning Centre for guidance , education and support

ACE LEARNING CENTRE IS A PIONEER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE that specializes in providing refresher courses FULL TIME / PART TIME including EVENINGS and WEEKENDS helping indentured Industrial / Construction Electrical Apprentices and Electricians to get to next level of certification . This way Electrical Apprentices , Helpers , Electricians can still keep their day job and take a PREP/ REFRESHER COURSE at ACE LEARNING CENTRE that prepares them to challenge LEVEL 1 – LEVEL 2 ELECTRICAL APPRENTICESHIP EXAMS as well as INTER PROVINCIAL (IP ) JOURNEYMAN EXAM

Ace Learning Centre provides help to Student Apprentices , Trainees and Electricians in preparing for following exams:

****Electrical Apprenticeship Level 1 (LEVEL 1 Challenge Exam Refresher Course )

****Electrical Apprenticeship Level 2 (LEVEL 2 Challenge Exam Refresher course )

****Electrical Apprenticeship Level 3 (Refresher Course for the whole 3rd year Apprenticeship Course before going to full time school that supports apprentices to pass all the exams ( from MODULES of 3rd year ) as well as Finals including 2009 Canadian Electrical Code Exam Prep)

****Electrical Apprenticeship Level 4 ( Refresher Course for the whole 4th year course before going to full time school that supports apprentices to pass all the exams ( from MODULES of 4th year ) as well as Finals including 2009 Canadian Electrical Code Exam Prep)

****Interprovincial Exam (IP ) for RED SEAL ELECTRICIAN to get JOURNEYMAN TICKET (REFRESHER COURSE TO CHALLENGE IP EXAM for CONSTRUCTION / INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN )

Job Responsibilities :-

• Expand services into new target markets using mix marketing strategies to increase awareness about new programs and services.

• Utilize pricing methods to meet targeted financial goals.

• Meet with customers, clients , previous and potential students and other educational institutes to develop premier marketing, advertising and POS programs.

• Direct trade advertising programs, including newspapers , magazines and radio in order to increase sales.

• Built strong business relationships with other Educational Institutes , Electrical Companies and Contractors / Distributors.

• Encourage enrollment and offer consultation regarding current programs and service selections.

• Create, update and maintain marketing plans for ACE LEARNING CENTRE to minimize risk and maximize performance.

• Present marketing plans, trends, and additional suggestions to other support staff members .

Ideal candidate for this position is an Electrical Apprentice / Electrician with 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Trade with excellent communication skills . Being Motivated , Self Directed and fast decision making attitude is an asset.
