We are currently recruiting for the role of Data Export Specialist to join our team in White Rock, BC. This is an entry level position with a focus on data analysis and reconciling enrolment data with multiple electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Reconciling data
• Managing export reports
• Distributing errors to the Administration Department
• Communicating errors to Insurers (external) and Developers (internal)
• Working with the Administration Department on the export process
• Working with Quality Assurance to test applications
Education & Experience
• High School Graduation Required; post-secondary education in accounting an asset
• Experience with Quality Assurance an asset
• Experience working with CSV files an asset
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to problem solve proactively
• Reliable and dependable team member
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong computer and technical skills, proficient with MS Office -- especially MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and ideas
• A commitment to ongoing learning
