If so, you're in luck. Richmond Sports Club is currently looking for people just like you.
At RSC our mission is to provide our members with the greatest variety of fitness, sports and training options, in a well equipped environment. We continually work to add and improve the products and services we offer to our members, our staff and our affiliates.
For your review, here is a synopsis of the excellent services and options our members enjoy:
- Over 35,000 square feet of cardio equipment, rehabilitation equipment free weights, weight lifting machines, a boxing ring, a ladies only section, and our mixed martial arts training zone
- Open 24 hours
- A full-sized gymnasium with a full size basketball court, volleyball court, Squash courts, table tennis.
- Boxing -- our instructor, Greg Harrison, is an Elite Boxing Coach and trainer. He is an International Judge and former international amateur and former professional boxer.
- Kung Fu -- Master (Sifu) Hu, is internationally recognized as a Mantis expert and has been the trainer of military Special Forces and police. Master Hu offers Mantis at the black belt level in classes and as an Elite personal trainer.
- MMA, kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu -- our lead instructor is former UFC fighter, and recently retired professional fighter, Kalib Starnes. Kalib brings the Gracie Style Brazilian Ju Jitsu to RSC as an Elite professional trainer and consultant along with a full regiment of submission grappling, kickboxing and MMA training for all ages, kids to adults.
- Kinesiologist Justin Lam provides Sport Specific training and rehab along with soft tissue rehab. Justin is available for ICBC and WCB claims.
- RSC is a registered Ideal Protein Weight loss Clinic. We offer advanced nutrition and guidance through Doctor recommended eating plans supervised by our trainers. We offer a full compliment of healthy food and supplements to help clients reach their weight loss and training goals.
- A full curriculum of Aerobics / Group X programs and offerings
- Full locker facilities with Steam Room
- Drop-ins which include; ball hockey, ballroom dancing, volleyball, mixed martial arts classes, and aerobics classes.
