Technical Sales Engineer (River Rd / No 6 Rd)

Dynamix Agitators Inc. is a Vancouver based Industrial Mixer Manufacturer supplying mixers internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Person.
Summary
The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and sustaining new clients, channels and markets. This includes contacting new clients and establishing relationships with resellers. The Technical Sales Engineer will also work closely with manufacturing to deliver our equipment with precise detail.
Job Duties
• Sales - Achieving sales objectives
• Penetrate new markets in coordination with marketing support
• Remaining accountable for design, costing, and project management of Chemical Agitators
• Assist prospects, representatives and distributors in selecting and or configuring mixers for their application
• Design, size and select mixers according to engineering principles
• Maintain customer relationship management database throughout the sales cycle and account management
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavours
• Lead the marketing planning process where necessary; conduct post-program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness
• Communicate channel and market activity results to senior management
• Provide input and assist in development of presentations, product training plans, and marketing collateral
• Create and conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value the company's products/services
Requirements
• Technical education (Diploma or Degree)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions
• Ability to write clear and concise value proposition statements
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
Preferred
• Engineering Degree
• High level of proficiency with CAD, CRM, software packages
• Experience in online sales and marketing
