Your Role as a Store Manager – Be as a role model for your team, representing Escents, demonstrating outstanding customer service, and ensuring the success of your team in these areas. – Participate in setting quarterly and yearly budgets for your store, ensuring bottom line profitability. – Develop store goals with members of their team, reviewing each team member’s progress weekly in sales, product knowledge, and career development. – Ensure all marketing and promotional launches are established in accordance with head office’s direction. – Strategically plan and implement all product category placements to store layout. Address all aspects of their store’s visual appearance. – Ensure complete control over inventory through management of all inventory systems. – Ensure accurate maintenance of all store operations for bottom line profitability, inventory and reduction of store loss.

Qualifications – A background in business and store operations. – A love of working with people and sales – Superior leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with people. – Ability to use Point of Sale software and the Internet. – Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. – Interest in the personal care products industry. Willingness to learn about natural products and aromatherapy.

• This position is available as a full time position however a 30 hour work week can be considered.
