Resident Caretaker
We are looking for a resident caretaker for a 40-unit condo near Coquitlam, BC.
The candidate must be mature, approachable and communicable in oral and written English.
A working knowledge of R.T.A., Windows computer system and building maintenance is expected.
He must be well-organized and works independently without supervision.
Good references & criminal check are important.
The caretaker job includes, but not limited to the following:
• Maintain building clean & presentable at all times
• Renovate building with handyman skills & tools
• Check fire, safety & security of building daily
• Clean, shampoo, paint, & repair when needed
• Handle tenants' complaints & emergency calls
• Show rental suites & move-in/out inspection
The caretaker job does NOT include taking care of swimming pool or Rec. Centre; handling of money, rent, leases, ads or eviction, etc.
Applicant to be a couple (not single) & must keep confidentiality of all aspects of business.
