Seeking consulation(s) with OT for high functioning autistic child. (Port Coquitlam)

This 12 year old child was recently diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. We are seeking an OT to complete a full assessment and necessary paperwork so we can purchase necessary supplies and equiptment for this school year. Sessions will continue beyond initial assessments as needed. We are located in the tri city area. Assessment needs to be relatively soon as funding resets November 1 and paperwork takes approximatly 4 weeks to process. Please call Cassie 778-809-1527 or email.
