Job Description
clubZone.com is a nightlife guide that helps people find the best parties, nightclubs, tickets, and events in their cities. We are currently looking for a content manager to join our web marketing team! Our ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people, be highly analytical, have a university degree, love learning, and know how to party responsibly.
Most of your time will be spent managing all aspects of our content programs. Your goal will be to make sure that clubZone always lists the best, and most up to date nightlife venues and events North Americans top clubbing cities. You'll also be able to get knee deep in strategy and operations, helping us expand to new markets by creating effective, scalable content programs.

Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Content team management: Managing the clubZone content team, and working with nightlife professionals to keep city content up to date, unique, and relevant. Recruiting and training new content team hires.
Strategy: Evaluating and improving current content strategies
Reporting: Creating weekly and monthly reports for management
Analytics: Analyzing content program KPI's to make sure that benchmarks are reached
Marketing support: Additional marketing team support as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of search engine marketing best practices
Experience managing teams of people
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of HTML
Entrepreneur at heart; self-motivated, analytical thinker, with an acute attention to detail
Interest in nightlife events and the music/entertainment scene
Business degree preferred
Experience working with xml feeds an asset
Position Type: Full time, salary
Hours: This is a performance driven role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a focus on accomplishing tasks and reaching goals. After a probationary period we trust our employees to develop their own schedule.
