I have a career builder position open right now. It needs an Alex Rogo. A guy, or girl who lives, breathes and knows manufacturing and the people part that goes with it. You're creative with numbers, plant layout, who and how to hire, staffing, organizing people, finding choke points in the factory, (TOC stuff remember?), that's you.

Go to your new plant, 30 people are looking up to you. Where are you taking us boss? You have a budget, a mandate, and are responsible for production, quality, hiring, firing, - you're it.
