ZAG is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our current team in our Vancouver office. The successful applicant will be matching job specifications with candidate profiles using ZAG's recruitment processes. Assessing candidate competencies and fit for vacancies with our clients, presenting candidates to our clients through our ATS and other recruitment tools
Responsibilities
• Direct sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment methods
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates globally
• Develop recruiting, relationship-building, selling and technology skills
• Find great jobs for great quality people
• Able to manage priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Previous Hiredesk experience is an asset
• Computer savvy and familiarity with social networking tools
• 2 years of high volume recruitment experience
Required Skills
• Recruiting and/or applicant database sourcing experience (1+ years is ideal)
• University Degree or 2 year Diploma
• Detail Oriented and exceptional analytical skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite of software
• Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, self starter, energetic
• Ability to recognize upcoming trends in the recruitment community.
• Previous experience working with Gantt charts
