HR Administrative Assistant -- one year contract, commencing September 2011.
Working as an integral part of the Human Resources team you will support three people in an administrative capacity.
An excellent opportunity to develop your HR knowledge in a highly experienced HR department.
This main responsibilities in this role include day to day administrative support to the department as well as maintaining and updating the HRIS. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining employees records as well as coordinating all HR related meeting.
A high degree of confidentiality is required for this role therefore the ideal candidate will be professional, diplomatic, and tactful.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience gained in an HR environment. Exposure to an HRIS (preferably HR Advantage) and solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is also a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must. The best fit for this department is someone who is hard working and down to earth who is keen to learn and develop their HR experience.
