Seeking a F/T cell phone technician
Celltown Communications Inc. is a mobile phone retail franchise, focusing its marketing efforts on international students, especially on Korean and Japanese.
We are currently looking for an experienced cell phone technician.
Major responsibilities and duties:
•Tests cell phones for malfunctions or defects.
•Cleans and makes repairs of cell phone hardware and software.
•Inspects cell phones and sorts according to a grade system for resell.
•Unlock cell phones by code when necessary.
•Sorts, organizes, and stocks multiple cell phone parts and accessories.
•Provides customized mobile software applications.
•Provides technical support to sales staff or customers on operational or maintenance aspects of company's cell phones.
•Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Completion of related college education.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of cell phone fixing in terms of hardware and software.
• Must have a minimum of two years of prior work experience in relevant field.
