Job Title: Systems Support Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time
Benefits: After 3 months

Job Description:
We are looking for a Systems Support Administrator to support our Call Centre, Install teams and Systems. This is a dynamic position in the rapidly changing industry of telecommunications.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Configuration, management, and support of our existing billing and customer relationship systems.
• Firmware installation, preparation, authorization, management, purchasing and inventory control of digital terminals and ATA devices.
• Software and hardware installation and upgrades.
• Creation of custom monthly reports.
• Communications with software vendors and partners to ensure timely updates.
• Analyzing existing systems to improve and increase automation.
• Installation of new automated systems as they are identified and approved.
• Maintain records and submit documentation as required by the company.
• Daily tasks include: inventory control, sourcing, purchasing, authorizing digital devices and preparation, packaging and troubleshooting of digital terminals and ATA devices with call centre and install team.

Required Qualifications:
• Technology Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Microsoft SQL
• A combination of working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and
demonstrated W3C Valid HTML, XHTML, and CSS code.
• Knowledge of JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Mootools, Ajax)
• Knowledge of Asterix and GLDS - WinCable
• MCSA/CCNA preferred.
• In-depth level knowledge of networking technologies including but not limited to: TCP/IP (e.g. interpreting a packet trace file), WAN technologies, VPN, QoS, firewalls, routers, switches, DNS.
• In-depth knowledge of Voice over IP and able to support and troubleshoot real time customer issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working in Customer Service focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Demonstrated good judgment and initiative with the ability to work
independently with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
