OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a junior consultant / business analyst to work in our Data Group department, on data corroboration and monitoring projects. You will actively be involved in managing a variety of technical, marketing and administrative tasks as you are being trained in the architecture and use of ZE PowerGroup's ZEMA suite of data management and market analysis software. If you have strong organizational skills, positive personality, and ability to multi-task under pressure, this position will let you gain broad business experience and growth. We are looking for individuals with strong business acumen coupled with technical competence. The position requires excellent spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data corroboration, validation, maintenance, and monitoring
• Business and market analysis
• Train to demonstrate the ZEMA Suite
• Conduct research and participate in special projects as required
• Various administration duties
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completion of university or college; Background in engineering, math, science, finance, business, software development or IT
• Working experience with large data structures
• Working experience in PL/SQL programming, database development
• Knowledge and interest in energy market development
• Working experience in business development
• Competence and familiarity with software and computers a must
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills
