We are hiring a permanent full-time Supervisor for our Vancouver salon at 2836 Main Street, Vancouver
Position: Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate staff and arrange in-house training for new staff
• Assign staff to duties and prepare staff daily/weekly/monthly work schedules
• Inform, educate and train staff at Pure Nail Bar with new retail products
• Train staff and provide top-notch customer service & client services in areas including manicure, pedicure, gel nail enhancement and nail art (ex. French, gradation, flat art, 3D art, air brush art)
• Resolve problems such as customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports to Manager regarding sales and personnel matters
• Introduce and supervise use of newly developed techniques and materials
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school
• 3- 5 years experiences in the nail care industry
• Must possess first calibre nail techniques, skills, knowledge.
• Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.
• Completion of an accredited nail technician program is an asset.
• Other languages: Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Spanish are an asset.
Wage: $ 17.50 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
