Job Purpose:
Provide esthetic services to spa clientel with professionalism, attention to industry standards, and exceptional customer service.
Duties:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Provide esthetics services including manicures and pedicures, waxing, and eyebrow shaping.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus
• Accreditation from or enrolment in a recognized esthetics program.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Excellent references.
